Refund Policy

Brizelontrxol offers refunds for 3D modeling course enrollments under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment
• No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed or classes have begun
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval
• Refund amounts may be subject to processing fees

Course Cancellation

If you need to cancel your enrollment:

• Contact us at least 48 hours before the course start date for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Course credits may be available for future courses in lieu of refunds

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. You may request to reschedule your course enrollment to a later date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days before the original course start date.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed
• Completed course sessions
• Processing fees and transaction charges
